I started my career with DCH Auto Group in August of 2004 as a Sales Representative. I was promoted to New Car Manager at Paramus Honda before Lithia acquired DCH Auto Group in 2014. DCH Auto Group and Lithia was a great match. The acquisition brought us unlimited career growth opportunities.
I received an opportunity to be the General Sales Manager (GSM) at our Nanuet Honda Store in March 2018. While working as a GSM there I was fortunate enough to earn a spot in the August 2018 Accelerate My Potential (AMP) class. Fast Forward to November 2019, I received a call from my GVP and Multi-Store General Manager that every single person working in Operations hopes to get. They wanted to offer me a position as the General Manager for Ramsey Toyota – a Major NYC Metro Market Toyota Store. It was almost unreal to be on that call with them.
In a nutshell, with the help of Lithia’s Mission Statement “Growth Powered by People”, its core values, the right mentorship and hard work, I was able to go from being a Sales Person in August 2004 to be a General Manager of a Toyota Store in January 2020. That is just over 15 years, and for one of the largest Auto Groups.

I have been in the Automotive industry for over 21 years. I started at DCH Auto Group and continued with Lithia after the acquistion. I starting selling cars and working my way through all aspects of the sales operation and have been a General Manager for over 3 years.
I connected pretty immediately to the automotive industry because you are rewarded for the hard work you put in and I believe in myself. Its not easy, you have to stay dedicated and self-motivated but if you have that in you then you will be very successful. I am now very focused and passionate about training the new generation of successful future managers, especially mentoring strong women in the industry.

Lithia and Driveway has been the best thing that happened to me since joining the company in August of 2020.
